日前，廈門海辰儲能科技股份有限公司（簡稱海辰儲能）與中國康富國際租賃股份有限公司（簡稱中國康富）簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。雙方就新能源領(lǐng)域業(yè)務(wù)開展全面合作，達(dá)成了3GWh儲能電池框架采購協(xié)議。

簽約儀式上，海辰儲能副總裁吳玉源，中國康富總裁李建華出席并共同見證簽約；海辰儲能副總經(jīng)理游鍵勇與中國康富副總裁吳民分別代表雙方簽約。

雙方在新能源的投資開發(fā)、工程建設(shè)、融資租賃、項目并購等構(gòu)建全面的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系；同時雙方將發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢，在產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同、項目協(xié)同、技術(shù)支持、產(chǎn)品合作、框架采購等方面開展長期合作，實現(xiàn)互惠互利，共贏發(fā)展。

中國康富是商務(wù)部批準(zhǔn)最早成立的以中字頭命名的融資租賃公司之一，其依托國家電力投資集團公司和三一集團有限公司，并引入摩根士丹利及國內(nèi)外機構(gòu)投資者，構(gòu)建出由大型央企、知名民企以及國際投行等組成的混合所有制格局。中國康富堅持“產(chǎn)業(yè)+金融”雙輪驅(qū)動，聚焦發(fā)電側(cè)、用電側(cè)、儲能側(cè)“三大領(lǐng)域”和風(fēng)電、光伏、儲能、綠電交通、綠電裝備、充換電設(shè)施、綜合智慧能源“七大場景”，致力于打造一流清潔能源投資運營產(chǎn)融服務(wù)商。

On November 3rd, HiTHIUM signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China KangFu International Leasing CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as China Kangfu).China Kangfu is one of the earliest financial leasing companies approved by the Ministry of Commerce, focusing on power generation, power consumption and energy storage.The two sides carried out comprehensive cooperation in the renewable energy field and reached a framework procurement agreement for 3GWh energy storage batteries.

Before the signing ceremony, president of China Kangfu, Li Jianhua, and other members visited HiTHIUM’s HQ and learned about HiTHIUM’s development strategy, R&D and manufacturing, product application, and company culture. At the signing ceremony, Wu Yuyuan, VP of HiTHIUM, and Li Jianhua, attended and witnessed the signing; You Jianyong, Vice GM of HiTHIUM and Wu Min, VP of China Kangfu, signed the contract on behalf of the two parties respectively.

According to the agreement, both two parties will build up together a comprehensive strategic partnership in investment and development of clean energy, engineering construction, financial leasing, and project mergers and acquisitions. At the same time, both parties will play to their own advantages and carry out long-term cooperation to achieve mutual benefits and win-win development.

This strategic cooperation agreement will further accelerate the pace of HiTHIUM's development of the energy storage market in South China.In the future, HiTHIUM will continue to adhere to customer centric value, increase investment in R&D and ensure high-quality product output.
