About This Manual This manual documents the Texas Instruments MSP-FET430 Flash Emulation Tool （FET）。 The FET is the program development tool for the MSP430 ultra-low-power microcontroller. Both available interface types， the parallel port interface and the USB interface， are described. How to Use This Manual Read and follow the Get Started Now！ chapter. This chapter lists the contents of the FET， provides instruction on installing the software and hardware， and describes how to run the demonstration programs.
