通過合理選擇濾波器的類型和階數(shù)，利用低Q值二級濾波器放在高Q值二級濾波器的前級，給每一級分配不同的增益使得每一級的輸出峰值相同。從開關電容電路的原理入手，分析了開關電容電路和電容編程陣列，最終設計一個可編程開關電容6階帶通濾波器。選擇合適的運算放大器參數(shù)?？删幊虨V波器系統(tǒng)共需3路時鐘控制，濾波器編程參數(shù)控制模塊用于實現(xiàn)芯片內部程序存儲器編程控制。通過對設計的開關電容濾波器進行仿真，結果基本與設計目標吻合。

Abstract:

 This paper based on the reasonable selection of filter and the type of order， using low-Q value secondary filter on high-Q secondary filter for each level before class， the distribution of different for each level of output gain peak. In this paper， from the principle of switching capacitors， analyzes the circuit and capacitance programming， design an array of programmable switching capacitors 6 rank bandpass filter. Choosing appropriate amplifier parameters， programmable filter system altogether 3 road clock control parameters control module， filter programming to realize the internal control program memory chips. Through the design of the switch capacitance filter， and simulation results are basically identical with the design target.
