采用Allen-Brdley 公司制造生產(chǎn)的ControlLogix5550 系列PLC 和與其配套的工控組
態(tài)軟件，實現(xiàn)對水泥熟料煅燒生產(chǎn)過程的自動監(jiān)控。系統(tǒng)采用兩級DCS 控制方式，
下位機負責完成數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理和向上位機進行信息傳送，并接受上位機指令去完
成各種過程控制等任務，上位機負責完成工藝過程的監(jiān)視、操作、控制及PID 參數(shù)
的調(diào)整，并完成數(shù)據(jù)處理及各種打印功能。該控制系統(tǒng)使用效果良好，功能穩(wěn)定可靠。

Abstract: The automatic monitor and control of cement chamotte calcination manufactured
process is realized by using ControlLogix 5550 PLC and the concerned configurational
software,which are made by Allen-Brdley Company.The system adopts the ways
2-stage DCS control.The inferior computer accomplishes the collection and dispose of
data,and accepts the computer’s instructions so that it can send signals to accomplishes
all kinds of processes control and other tasks,while the epistatic computer is
responsible for the task to monitor,handle,control and adjust PID parametor,then data
disposal and perform the functions of printing.The system is reliable and stable in
functions.
