鋼絲繩定量無損檢測現(xiàn)狀

鋼絲繩無損檢測的目的是保證鋼絲繩的安全運行，并在安全運行的前提下盡量減少因過早報廢而產(chǎn)生的浪費。對目前主流的鋼絲繩無損檢測方法的檢測原理及特點進行分析比較，給出各種方法的研究現(xiàn)狀和實踐效果，包括20世紀(jì)90年代以后提出的新檢測方法，如磁致伸縮法和聲發(fā)射一超聲法。最后討論目前鋼絲繩定量無損檢測面臨的問題。

The aim of nondestructive testing of wire ropes is tO ensure the safe operatl’on Of wire ropes and to reduce the waste coming from the premature discard of wire ropes as much as possible．Attention has been paid to the technology in the field of wire rope manufacture and application fOr a long time．The testing principles and features of the main? ondestructive testing methods for wire ropes are analyzed and compared。and the research
status and application results of the methods are presented，including the new testing methods brought forward in recent years such as magnetorestrictive testing and acoustic-ultrasonic testing．At last，several critical problems in quantitative nondestructive testing of wire ropes are discussed．
