可編程控制器(簡稱PLC)以微處理器為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)以及它
面向控制過程，面向用戶等特點(diǎn)。近年來，國內(nèi)許多紡織廠都把PLC 應(yīng)用于無梭織機(jī)的電氣控制，將人機(jī)界面、編碼器、斷紗檢測裝置、多臂機(jī)、電磁離合器以及PLC 等裝置合理組合配置，構(gòu)建PLC 控制系統(tǒng)控制織機(jī)的動(dòng)作。PLC 技術(shù)的應(yīng)用在提高織機(jī)布面質(zhì)量、擴(kuò)大織物品種、提高織機(jī)的效率、簡化操作、減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度等方面起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。

Abstract: The programmable controller (i.e. PLC) take the microprocessor as a foundation, comprehensive computer technology, automatic control technology as well as it face controlled process, face characteristics and so on user. In recent years, the domestic many textile mills all applied PLC in the shuttleless loom electrical control, the man-machine contact surface, the encoder, breaks gauze equipment reasonable combination dispositions and so
on detector set, dobby, magnetic clutch as well as PLC, constructed the PLC control system to control the loom the movement. The PLC technology application was improving the loom cloth cover quality, the expanded fabric variety, enhances the loom the efficiency, the simplification operation, reduces aspects and so on labor intensity to play the very important role.
