銅材連續(xù)擠壓生產(chǎn)線控制采用計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，以工控機(jī)作為上位機(jī)對PLC 及整套生產(chǎn)設(shè)備線的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，以INTOUCH 軟件作為用戶可以定制功能的軟件平臺，開發(fā)出良好的人機(jī)界面、監(jiān)控畫面以及數(shù)據(jù)存儲、等功能。PLC 作為下位機(jī)通過通信線纜與上位計(jì)算機(jī)相連，執(zhí)行上位機(jī)指令，通過梯形圖編程完成邏輯控制、順序控制及實(shí)時(shí)控制等功能。銅材擠壓生產(chǎn)設(shè)備結(jié)合現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)構(gòu)成的控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)模糊控制，全線自動(dòng)，其性能穩(wěn)定可靠、操作簡單，完全滿足生產(chǎn)工藝的要求。

ABSTRACT: An integrate method of controlling the copper Continuous Extrusion production line which use Computer is introduced . This system can provide the user with the dynamic display of production line’s and the Programmable Logic Controller ( PLC )’s state messages or the output of the report forms, which uses Graphic Operation Terminal as the upper computer and uses the software as the users’ customization operation flat in which the line’s real time control and the state display is performed . As the reliability and stability of the PLC, it is connected to computer with RS-422 and is used to acquire data, execute the upper computer’s
commands, perform the logic control and the real time control. Continuous Extrusion production line’s automatic
supervisory control system ,with modern electron technology and computer ,is developed .It’s performance is
reliable and it’s operating is easily and it’s work is not fault with continue long time .
