LM57-Q1器件是一款具有模擬溫度傳感器輸出的精密雙路輸出溫度開(kāi)關(guān),適用于寬溫度范圍的應(yīng)用(例如汽車級(jí)) 。跳變溫度(T TRIP )可從-40°C至160°CV TEMP 是AB類模擬電壓輸出,該電壓輸出與溫度成正比,負(fù)溫度系數(shù)(NTC)可編程。兩個(gè)外部1%電阻設(shè)置T TRIP 和V TEMP 斜率。數(shù)字和模擬輸出具有保護(hù)功能,并且可監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)過(guò)熱事件。
