      描述

      TPS6223x器件系列是一款高頻，同步，降壓型DC-DC轉(zhuǎn)換器，針對(duì)電池供電的便攜式應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。它支持高達(dá)500 mA的輸出電流，允許使用纖巧和低成本的芯片電感器和電容器。

      該器件具有2.05 V至6 V的寬輸入電壓范圍，支持由鋰離子電池具有擴(kuò)展的電壓范圍。 2.05 V的最小輸入電壓允許使用鋰一次電池或兩節(jié)堿性電池。不同的固定輸出電壓版本可在1.0 V至3.3 V范圍內(nèi)使用。

      TPS6223x系列的開關(guān)頻率最高可達(dá)3.8 MHz。在中到重負(fù)載下，轉(zhuǎn)換器以脈沖寬度調(diào)制（PWM）模式工作，并在輕負(fù)載電流下自動(dòng)進(jìn)入省電模式，以在整個(gè)負(fù)載電流范圍內(nèi)保持高效率。
