      TPS6208x器件是高頻同步降壓轉換器系列產品。該器件的輸入電壓范圍為2.3V至6V，支持常用電池技術。此外，該器件可用于低電壓系統(tǒng)電源軌。

      TPS6208x專注于在寬輸出電流范圍下實現(xiàn)高效降壓轉換。該轉換器在中等程度的負載到高負載時運行于脈寬調制（ PWM）模式，并在輕負載電流條件下自動進入省電模式運行，從而在整個負載電流范圍內保持高效率。為了在超低負載或無負載電流下保持高效率運行，該器件采用具有超低靜態(tài)電流的貪睡模式。該功能通過MODE引腳使能，可延長增加電池驅動應用的運行時間，同時保持最低待機電流，以滿足針對低待機電流的綠色能源標準。

      為了滿足系統(tǒng)電源軌需求，內部補償電路支持使用高于100μF的外部輸出電容。憑借DCS-Control架構，可實現(xiàn)出色的負載瞬態(tài)性能和輸出電壓調節(jié)精度。該器件采用帶有散熱焊盤的2mm x 2mm WSON封裝。
