TLV62085器件是一款高頻同步降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器,經(jīng)優(yōu)化具有小解決方案尺寸和高效率兩大優(yōu)點(diǎn)。該器件具有2.5V至少6.0V的輸入電壓范圍,支持常見的電池技術(shù)。此器件主要用于寬輸出電流范圍內(nèi)的高效降壓轉(zhuǎn)換。該轉(zhuǎn)換器在中等程度的負(fù)載到高負(fù)載時(shí)運(yùn)行于脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)模式,并在輕負(fù)載時(shí)自動(dòng)進(jìn)入省電模式運(yùn)行,從而在整個(gè)負(fù)載電流軌道內(nèi)保持高效率。
為了滿足系統(tǒng)電源軌的需求,內(nèi)部補(bǔ)償電路支持寬范圍的外部輸出電容值選項(xiàng),10μF到150uF甚至更高。加上其DCS-Control?架構(gòu),出色的負(fù)載瞬態(tài)性能和精確的輸出電壓調(diào)整均可實(shí)現(xiàn)。此器件采用2mm x 2mm VSON封裝。
