      資料介紹

      提出一種高精度、系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性較好的溫度調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)方法。采用Atmel公司的AT89S51作為控制核心，以DS18B20作為主要溫度測量和變送元件，結(jié)合小鍵盤、固態(tài)繼電器（SSR）等外圍電路，進(jìn)行光電隔離，根據(jù)指令要求，利用小功率直流電快速控制220 V交流電通斷。在軟件處理程序中加入抗干擾能力強(qiáng)的限速數(shù)字濾波，并利用積分分離PID算法，使積分作用在溫度值接近目標(biāo)值時(shí)才起作用，有效降低啟、停頻繁時(shí)給系統(tǒng)帶來的振蕩。為提高溫度測量值的精度，利用MATLAB對溫度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行曲線擬合，進(jìn)一步對溫度值進(jìn)行校正。結(jié)果表明，溫控系統(tǒng)的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)與MATLAB相結(jié)合，提高了系統(tǒng)的抗干擾性、穩(wěn)定性并使測量值的誤差減少到5%以下。
      Abstract:
      ?This paper proposed a design method of temperature regulation with high precision and good stability. Used Atmel corporation’s AT89S51 as the control core，taken DS18B20 as the primary components of temperature measurement and transmission，combined with a small keyboard,solid state relays and other peripheral circuits，to realize optical isolation.The system can fast use the low power direct current to control the on and off of 220V AC according to the instruction requirements. The limited speed filtering is added in the software processing programme to enhance the system’s anti-interference ability. In order to effectively reduce the system’s oscillation which is caused by the starts and stops frequently，the system uses the PID algorithm of integral separated which makes the integral useless until the temperature value approached the target value. In order to improve the accuracy of measured data，it fits the measured data in MATLAB to calibrate the value of temperature. As a result，the combination of the modular design and MATLAB enhances system’s anti-jamming,stability，and makes the measurement error less than 5%.
