開放式數控裁床軟件系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)：針對發(fā)展新型數控電腦裁床的需求,分析了數控電腦裁床控制的特殊性,構建了基于工業(yè)PC 機,以GD104 多軸運動控制卡為核心的開放式數控電腦裁床系統(tǒng)軟件體系結構,給出了關鍵環(huán)節(jié)的實現技術。并在此基礎上開發(fā)了基于Windows 的數控系統(tǒng)的軟件部分,利用面向對象的編程方法，實現了良好的人機操作界面和方便高效的多任務工作環(huán)境。

Abstract: According to the requirement of new type NC computer cutting machine, this paper analyses the particularity of NC computer cutting machine control and then builds an open-architecture CNC soft system which is based on industrial PC. Besides the use of GD104 motion control card which is the core of the NC computer cutting machine control system, this article also presents the techniques of several main parts. Based on above hardware system, a Windows -based software system is developed. With the utilizing of object-oriented method, afriendly human machine interface and an efficient multithreading working environment is fulfilled.
