在系統(tǒng)研究單晶連鑄的基礎(chǔ)上，提出小直徑線材單晶化技術(shù)，該技術(shù)結(jié)合區(qū)域熔化技術(shù)和連續(xù)鑄造技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)了“三個連續(xù)”，即送料連續(xù)、加熱熔化連續(xù)、引錠連續(xù)．他能克服單晶連鑄對所制備的單晶線材長度和直徑的限制．理論和工藝實驗結(jié)果表明，小直徑線材單晶化技術(shù)滿足制備單晶線材對固液界面的要求，可將直徑較粗的多晶金屬線材直接拉制成長度不受限制、直徑較細(xì)的單晶金屬線材，功率和連鑄速度適當(dāng)配合時，可在較大范圍內(nèi)獲得表面光滑的單晶銅線材

Abstract： Based on researching on the technique of continuous casting of single crystal metal，this paper puts forward the tech— nique of manufacturing the single crystal metal wire with small diameter，which combines the technique of continuous casting of sin—
gle crystal mental with the technique of Zone melting．It eliminates the diam eter and length limitation of the technique of continuous casting of single crystal metal，and can realize the three continuums。viz、Material feed continuum ，melting continuum and draught
cast continuum、Theory analysis and experiment indicate that the technique of manufacturing the single crystal metal wire with small diam eter。which can make the ordinary copper wires into single crystal wires with infinite length and very small diam eter，
satisfies mlid—liquid interface requirement about manufacturing the single crystal metal wire．And when the power of heater cooper— atess with casting speed，single crystal copper wires can be obtained wi thin a wide range of po wer and casting speed．
