介紹了雙速電機（Dual Speed Generator，簡稱DSG）軟并網型風力發(fā)電機組控制系統(tǒng)的構成和特點。系統(tǒng)采用雙向晶閘管的軟切入法，使DSG 并網。這種軟并網可以實現(xiàn)一個平穩(wěn)的并網過渡過程而不會出現(xiàn)沖擊電流。該控制系統(tǒng)采用了可編程邏輯控制器（PLC）、觸摸屏和工業(yè)控制計算機等設備，實現(xiàn)了風力發(fā)電機組的自動起動、自動
進行高低速電機之間的切換、自動保護等功能，使該WT 組能夠在長期無人值守情況下安全運行。

Development of Soft Cut-In Control System for a Dual Speed Generator
with Wind Turbine

Abstr act：The paper introduces the structure and characteristic of soft cut-in control system for a wind turbine dual
speed asynchronous generator.The system use soft cut-in method based on bidirectional thyristor.This method can realize a
smooth start process without overshoot current.The control system can automatically start and switch between the two
speeds of the generators and automatically be protected by using Programmable Logic Controller （PLC），touch panel and
industry control computer.
