傳統(tǒng)牽引變電所SCADA 系統(tǒng)由于設(shè)計廠家不同，接口格式、實(shí)現(xiàn)方式不同，不利于數(shù)據(jù)共享，系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展性差。本文設(shè)計一種利用Web Service 的優(yōu)點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨平臺的變電所信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)，利用SCADA 系統(tǒng)的原有組件,將其封裝成WebService，部署在Web 服務(wù)器上，并在私有UDDI 注冊中心發(fā)布服務(wù)描述文檔，上級系統(tǒng)可調(diào)用各Web 服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控信息的實(shí)時查看和歷史信息的瀏覽，并可按需定制新的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)，以提供給相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行快速決策和實(shí)時管理,為鐵路牽引供電管理信息系統(tǒng)（EMIS）集成提供一種新的途徑。

Abstract: Traditional SCADA system can't satisfy with the needs of information interactive, and it is hard to realize information sharing. The design and implementation of cross-platform substation supervisory control information publishing system based on Web
Service is introduced in this paper. Here, the structure and functions of substation distribution system and the way to implement them are presented. Web Service realizes communication between components with different technology and platform, affording technology support to solve information sharing through cross-platforms. The system integrates Internet services and completes distributed network
services, and support same-time and history information access. This method is a new solution of integration of power enterprise MIS.
