智能應用平臺（IAP）有效解決了城市應急聯(lián)動系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)集成問題，其中適配器為各城市應急子系統(tǒng)接入到IAP 提供了適配轉換橋梁。本文以Windows 平臺下IAP 適配器的設計為例，從模塊結構、內部消息機制到具體模塊詳細設計等方面闡述了IAP 適配器設計及實現(xiàn)。該智能應用平臺已成功應用到各地的城市應急聯(lián)動系統(tǒng)建設中。

Intelligent Application Platform adapter in Windows Platform in the aspects of module structure, inner message mechanism and specific module design in detail. The Intelligent Application Platform has been successfully applied in the system construction of City Integrated Emergency Response System in each city.
