為解決傳統(tǒng)門禁系統(tǒng)以手工方式進(jìn)行訪客登記所出現(xiàn)的效率低、登記信息不完整、
資料整理困難等問題，給出了一種基于證件識(shí)別技術(shù)的訪客管理系統(tǒng)方案，系統(tǒng)使用一個(gè)專用身份證件掃描儀，實(shí)現(xiàn)了訪客證件的自動(dòng)掃描和信息識(shí)別。系統(tǒng)采用較為靈活體系結(jié)構(gòu)和訪客登記流程，并提供數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)和信息查詢機(jī)制，可有效解決上述問題。

Abstract: Traditional entrance guard systems are mainly based on the manual way to accomplish, and there are many problems in these systems, like low efficiency, incomplete information? registering, difficult of data storing and searching. In this paper a new distributed entrance guard system is presented, which uses a certificate recognition scanner, it can automatically scan the visitor’s certificate, and recognize the information. The architecture and registering process of this system are more flexible, and its ability of data maintenance and information query is strong, therefore it can efficiently solve the problems above.
