LM25117是一款同步降壓控制器,適用于高壓或廣泛的降壓穩(wěn)壓器應(yīng)用不同的輸入供應(yīng)。該控制方法基于利用仿真電流斜坡的電流模式控制。電流模式控制提供固有的線路前饋,逐周期電流限制和易于環(huán)路補(bǔ)償。仿真控制斜坡的使用降低了脈沖寬度調(diào)制電路的噪聲靈敏度,允許可靠地控制高輸入電壓應(yīng)用中所需的非常小的占空比。
工作頻率可編程為50 kHz至750 kHz。 LM25117通過(guò)自適應(yīng)死區(qū)時(shí)間控制驅(qū)動(dòng)外部高端和低端NMOS電源開關(guān)。用戶可選擇的二極管仿真模式可實(shí)現(xiàn)非連續(xù)模式操作,從而在輕負(fù)載條件下提高效率。高壓偏置調(diào)節(jié)器允許外部偏置電源進(jìn)一步提高效率。 LM25117獨(dú)特的模擬遙測(cè)功能可提供平均輸出電流信息。其他功能包括熱關(guān)斷,頻率同步,打嗝模式電流限制和可調(diào)線路欠壓鎖定。
