      描述

      TPS62097器件是一款同步降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器，針對高效率和噪聲關(guān)鍵應(yīng)用進行了優(yōu)化。這些器件專注于在寬輸出電流范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)高效率轉(zhuǎn)換。在中到負載時，轉(zhuǎn)換器以PWM模式工作，并在輕負載時自動進入省電模式。開關(guān)頻率可通過外部電阻在1.5 MHz至2.5 MHz范圍內(nèi)選擇。 iDCS-Control能夠在強制PWM模式下工作，以低固定開關(guān)頻率運行。

      為了滿足系統(tǒng)電源軌的要求，內(nèi)部補償電路允許大量選擇外部輸出電容值超過150μF。為了控制啟動期間的浪涌電流，器件通過連接到SS /TR引腳的外部電容提供可編程軟啟動。 SS /TR引腳也用于電壓跟蹤配置。該器件集成了短路保護，電源良好和熱關(guān)斷功能。該器件采用2 mm×2 mm VQFN封裝。
