描述

DRV3220-Q1橋式驅動器專用于汽車三相無刷直流電機控制應用。該器件為標準級N溝道MOSFET晶體管提供六個專用驅動器。具有集成FET的升壓轉換器可提供過驅動電壓，即使電壓低至4.75 V，也可對功率級進行全面控制。強大的驅動器強度適用于大電流應用，可編程以限制峰值輸出電流。
