隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展，汽車(chē)數(shù)量大幅度的增加，國(guó)內(nèi)高速公路、城市道路、
停車(chē)場(chǎng)等設(shè)施越來(lái)越多，對(duì)交通控制、安全管理的要求也日益提高。在國(guó)內(nèi)外，智能交通系統(tǒng)(rrs)已成為當(dāng)前交通管理發(fā)展的主要方向。車(chē)牌照識(shí)別(LPR)系統(tǒng)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)，是現(xiàn)代化交通發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，也是影響交通系統(tǒng)智能化、現(xiàn)代化的重要因素。本文對(duì)車(chē)牌字符識(shí)別和車(chē)牌字符分割等方法進(jìn)行了分析研究。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's national economy, the substantial increase in the number of motor vehicles, domestic highways, urban roads, parking lots and other facilities more and more on traffic control, safety management requirements are also increasing. At home and abroad, intelligent transportation system (rrs) the current traffic management has become the main direction. Car license plate recognition (LPR) system research and development, modernization of transport development is a hot issue, but also impact on intelligent transport system, modernization of the important factors. In this paper, the license plate character recognition and license plate character segmentation methods were analyzed.
