本文提出了一種考慮電網(wǎng)的有功調(diào)度指令時，風(fēng)電場多端直流系統(tǒng)的運行與控制方法。正常情況下，發(fā)電側(cè)變流器控制發(fā)電機工作在最大風(fēng)能跟蹤模式，向直流系統(tǒng)輸送盡可能多的有功，網(wǎng)側(cè)變流器維持直流電壓。若電網(wǎng)對風(fēng)電場的有功出力有限制，則網(wǎng)側(cè)變流器工作于定有功模式，而發(fā)電側(cè)變流器控制直流電壓。仿真表明該方法是有效的。最后介紹了風(fēng)力發(fā)電實驗平臺的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。
Abstract: This paper proposes a dispatch control strategy of the multi-terminal DC (MTDC) system consisting of several voltage source converters (VSC) in wind farms. The wind generator operates in MPPT mode and the grid-side converter controls the dc voltage in normal condition. When the active power is limited by system operator, the grid-side converter operates in constant power mode, and the generator-side converter operates in constant voltage mode to regulate the dc bus voltage to its threshold. The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the developed approach. Finally, the design and implement of a wind energy experimental platform is introduced in this paper.
