紗線張力是紡紗中的重要工藝參數(shù)之一，它在很大程度上決定了紗線花型變換的規(guī)律
及大小，對紗線產(chǎn)品的工藝和質(zhì)量影響非常大。到目前為止，還沒有一種既能測量又能控制紗線張力的控制器，在紡紗行業(yè)中大規(guī)模地應(yīng)用。本文對紡紗過程中紗線張力的控制器進行了較全面的研究。系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計了硬件電路的基礎(chǔ)上，編制了紗線張力控制器的軟件模塊。軟件功能較全，人機交互友好。

Abstract: Yarn tension is one of the most important parameters; it affects the structure transferring trend of the yarn and the quality of the spinning. So far, there isn’t any control system which can be not only used for measuring, but also used for the yarn tension control. If so, it can be used in the spinning fields widely. It analyzed the control system of the yarn tension in this paper. Based on the designing of the hardware, it designs the software module of the system. The function and the interface of the system are useful.
