在油品含水量智能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,基于水的介電常數(shù)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于油的介電常數(shù),因而兩者所呈現(xiàn)的射頻阻抗特性不相同的原理,使用了射頻電容傳感器。但在測(cè)試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)傳感器的輸出不但決定于含水量一個(gè)參量,環(huán)境溫度發(fā)生變化時(shí)系統(tǒng)的輸出值也會(huì)發(fā)生變化,即系統(tǒng)對(duì)溫度存在交叉靈敏度,從而影響系統(tǒng)性能和測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度。因此在油品含水量智能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,通過對(duì)溫度和水分兩個(gè)參量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),并采用多傳感器信息融合技術(shù)對(duì)傳感器輸入信息溫度和水分、輸出信息溫度電壓和水分電壓進(jìn)行融合處理以提高目標(biāo)參量的測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度和測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的溫度穩(wěn)定性。

Abstract : Radio frequency capacitance sensor is usually used in the intelligent inspection of the water2content in oil product . This method depends on the great difference between the water dielectric constant and oil. The di2 electric constant of water is so much bigger than that of the oil that the radio frequency showed by them is much different . In the process of the inspection ,it shows that the output of the sensor is determined by one parameter and furthermore the output date of the whole system is also changed when the temperature of environment is changed. The system has certain cross sensitivity about the temperature and it can also affect the function of the whole system and measurement precision. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and maintain the tem2 perature stability of the system ,poly information fusion technology is used to make a further inspection about the temperature and the moisture voltage.
