摘要:本文介紹了安科瑞多功能電力儀表在莫桑比克某農(nóng)場的應(yīng)用以及電能管理系統(tǒng)解決方案。系統(tǒng)采用智能電力儀表采集配電現(xiàn)場的各種電參量和開關(guān)信號,采用現(xiàn)場就地組網(wǎng)的方式,組網(wǎng)后通過現(xiàn)場總線通訊并遠(yuǎn)傳至后臺。通過Acrel-3000型電能管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)變電所配電回路用電的實時監(jiān)控和電能管理。

Abstract:This article introduces the application of the multi-function energy meter in a farm in Mozambiqueand the solution of energy management system. The system adopts intelligent power meters to collect various electrical parameter and switching signals at the distribution site and the way of local networking, communicate via field bus and upload to background after networking.

0 概述Project Overview

該農(nóng)場位于莫桑比克楠普拉,主要使用了多功能電力儀表APM800和開口式互感器,用于電能和功率計量,并具有事件記錄和數(shù)據(jù)報表導(dǎo)出功能。

Acrel-3000型電能管理系統(tǒng)對變配電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分散數(shù)據(jù)采集和集中監(jiān)控管理。對配電系統(tǒng)的二次設(shè)備進(jìn)行組網(wǎng),通過計算機(jī)和通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)將分散的配電所的現(xiàn)場設(shè)備連接為一個有機(jī)的整體,實現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)運行的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和集中管理。

The farm is located in Nampula, Mozambique, and mainly uses a three-phase electric energy meter APM800 and split core currenttransformers.It is used for electric energy and power measurement, and has event recording and data report export function.

Acrel-3000 energymanagement system provides decentralized data acquisition and centralized monitoring and management of the substation and distribution system. It networks the secondary equipment of the power distribution system, connects the field equipment of scattered substation into an organic whole through computer and communication network, realizes remote monitoring and centralized management of grid operation.

1 系統(tǒng)介紹 System Introduction

本監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采用分層分布式結(jié)構(gòu),即設(shè)備層,通訊層與站控管理層。

現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層主要為多功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)電力儀表,這些裝置對應(yīng)的一次設(shè)備分別安裝在電氣柜內(nèi),這些裝置均采用RS485通訊接口,通過現(xiàn)場MODBUS總線組網(wǎng)通訊,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)現(xiàn)場采集。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊層主要為工業(yè)串口服務(wù)器,其主要功能為把分散在現(xiàn)場的采集裝置集中采集,同時遠(yuǎn)傳至站控層,完成現(xiàn)場層和站控層之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互。

站控管理層設(shè)有高性能工業(yè)計算機(jī)、顯示器、UPS電源、打印機(jī)等設(shè)備。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)安裝在計算機(jī)上,集中采集顯示現(xiàn)場設(shè)備運行狀況,以人機(jī)交互的形式顯示給用戶。

This system adopts a hierarchical distributed structure,that is,the equipment layer, the communication layerand the station control managementlayer.

The equipmentlayer is mainly multi-function energy meters. The corresponding primary equipment of these devices are respectively installed in the electrical cabinet. These devices all adopt RS485 communication interface,and realize data collection through field MODBUS network communication.

The communication layer is mainly an industrial serial server.Its main function is to centrally collect the devices scattered in the field and transmit data to the station control managementlayer at the same time to complete the data interaction between the equipment layer and the station control management layer.

The station control management layer is equipped with high-performance industrial computers, monitors, UPS power supplies, printers and other equipment.The system is installed on the computer, collects and displays the operating status of the field equipment, and displays it to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.

2 電能管理系統(tǒng)主要功能 Main Function

2.1 數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理Data acquisition and processing

數(shù)據(jù)采集是配電監(jiān)控的基礎(chǔ),數(shù)據(jù)采集主要由底層多功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)儀表采集完成,實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)的本地實時顯示。需要完成采集的信號包括:三相電壓U、三相電流I、頻率Hz、功率P、功率因數(shù)COSφ、電度EpI、遠(yuǎn)程設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)等數(shù)據(jù)。

數(shù)據(jù)處理主要是把按要求采集到的電參量實時準(zhǔn)確的顯示給用戶,達(dá)到配電監(jiān)控的自動化化和智能化要求,同時把采集到的數(shù)據(jù)存入數(shù)據(jù)庫供用戶查詢。

Data collection is the basis of power distribution monitoring. The data collection is mainly completed by the bottom multi-functional network instrument collection to realize the local real-time display of remote data.

The signals that need to be collected include: three-phase voltage U, three-phase current I, frequency Hz, power P, power factor COSφ, electricity EpI, remote device operating status and other data.

Data processing is mainly to display the electrical parameters collected as required to users in real time and accurately to meet the requirements of automation and intelligence for power distribution monitoring. At the same time, the collected data is stored in the database for users to query.

2.2 人機(jī)交互Human-computer interaction

系統(tǒng)提供簡單、易用、良好的用戶使用界面。采用全中文界面,圖形顯示低壓配電系統(tǒng)電氣一次主接線圖,顯示配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)備狀態(tài)及相應(yīng)實時運行參數(shù),畫面定時輪巡切換;畫面實時動態(tài)刷新;模擬量顯示;開關(guān)量顯示;連續(xù)記錄顯示等。

The system provides a simple, easy-to-use and good user interface. Adopt full Chinese interface, graphically display the primary electrical wiring diagram of low-voltage power distribution system, display the status of power distribution system equipment and corresponding real-time operating parameters, the screen will switch regularly; the screen will be dynamically refreshed in real time; analog display; switch display; continuous recording display etc.

2.3 歷史事件Historical events

歷史事件查看界面主要為用戶查看曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過的故障記錄、信號記錄、操作記錄、越限記錄提供方便友好的人機(jī)交互,通過歷史事件查看平臺,您可以根據(jù)自己的要求和查詢條件方便定位您所要查看的歷史事件,為您把握整個系統(tǒng)的運行情況提供了良好的軟件支持。

The historical event viewing interface mainly provides convenient and friendly human-computer interaction for users to view the fault records, signal records, operation records, and limit violation records that have occurred. Through the historical event viewing platform, you can conveniently locate the historical event you want to view according to your own requirements and query conditions, and provides good software support for you to grasp the operation of the entire system.

2.4 數(shù)據(jù)庫建立與查詢Database establishment and query

主要完成遙測量和遙信量定時采集,并且建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,定期生成報表,以供用戶查詢打印。

2.5 用戶權(quán)限管理User authority management

針對不同級別的用戶,設(shè)置不同的權(quán)限組,防止因人為誤操作給生產(chǎn),生活帶來的損失,實現(xiàn)配電系統(tǒng)的安全,可靠運行。可以通過用戶管理進(jìn)行用戶登錄、用戶注銷、修改密碼、添加刪除等操作,方便用戶對賬號和權(quán)限的修改。

For users of different levels, different authority groups are set to prevent the loss of production and life due to human misoperation, and realize the safe and reliable operation of the power distribution system.Users can log in, log out, modify passwords, add and delete operations through user management, which is convenient for users to modify accounts and permissions.

2.6 報表查詢Report query

報表管理程序的主要功能是根據(jù)用戶的需要設(shè)計報表樣式,把系統(tǒng)中處理的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過篩選、組合和統(tǒng)計生成用戶需要的報表數(shù)據(jù)。本程序還可以根據(jù)用戶的需要對報表文件采用定時保存、打印或者召喚保存、打印模式。同時本程序還向用戶提供了對生成的報表文件管理功能。

報表具有自由設(shè)置查詢時間實現(xiàn)日、月、年的電能統(tǒng)計,數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出和報表打印等功能。
