針對高爐出鐵時水沖渣系統(tǒng)難以實現(xiàn)沖水量自動跟蹤煉鐵廢料量的閉環(huán)控制問題，提出了采用基于模糊智能控制的自適應控制策略，研究了控制結構模式、任務與參數(shù)自適應控制算法。系統(tǒng)投運效果表明，該算法在水沖渣自動跟蹤系統(tǒng)中應用的有效性，魯棒性及跟蹤性能好。

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of closed control for iron-making waste material that must be impacted off by means of water, it is difficult to realize that the water quantity tracks waste material quantity automatically. The paper proposes using adaptive control strategy based on fuzzy-intelligent control, the mode of control structure and adaptive control algorithm of task and parameter are studied. The effect of system running shows that the control algorithm is valid in application, better in robustness and higher in tracking accuracy in the auto-tracking system of water-impacted waste material.
