針對開放式通用ATS 信號調理平臺進行研究，提出了基于USB 總線技術的信號調理平臺設計方案。本系統(tǒng)采用Cypress 公司推出的EZ-USB 單片機中的AN2131QC 芯片作為接口控制芯片，EZ-USB 的軟配置特性可以實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)硬件的通用化，針對不同的被測對象編制不同的固件程序，當被測對象發(fā)生變化時，可以通過加載不同的固件來滿足測試要求。針對復雜的信息控制與數(shù)據(jù)交換，采用了ALTERA 公司推出的EPM7128SLC84 芯片作為核心控制部分。系統(tǒng)具有可靠性高，可
測試性好等優(yōu)點。
Design of Signal-Conditioning Platform for ATS Based on USB bus Technology

The system adopts AN2131QC chip that is produced by Cypress Company. The soft-configuration characteristic of EZ-USB can realize the general purpose of the system hardware. We can work out different firmware program for different measurand, and load different firmware program when the measurand changed. For realizing complex information control and data interchange, we adopt EMP7128SLC84 chip that is produced by ALTERA as the key control portion of the whole system. The reliability and testability of the system are very high.
